Policies
Children's Policy
In order to provide the environment we desire to create for our clients and because of liability issues, we do not service children under the age of 12 years. There are many dangerous chemicals and sharp objects in the salon which could hurt a child, so children are not permitted in the studio.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and cash as payment for services.
Tipping Policy
We greatly appreciate gratuity and we accept cash and/or venmo for tipping
Late Appointment Policy
Please call ahead if you know you will be late to your appointment. We will make every effort to accomodate you. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you may be asked to either reschedule or modify your service to fit the original appointment's timeframe as we do our best to inconvenience as few guests as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. We do reserve the right to charge for the appointment in the event of less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.
Re-do Policy
We always strive to provide the best service possible. If adjustments are needed to your completed services, we would be happy to make any changes within 7 days of the original service. After the 7 days, we will have to schedule you as a regular service.
